The Etisalat Calling Card is a convenient way to stay in touch with people in the UAE and abroad. All calls are charged back to either your landline or Postpaid mobile phone bill, so you do not have to worry about topping up the card. Even better, standard call rates apply. And, if you are travelling abroad, the Etisalat Calling card also lets you keep in touch with friends and colleagues in the UAE.

Now it is available for business landline (single line) also.

Multi Cards on Your Account

Etisalat Multi Cards on Your Account will allow you to stay in touch everywhere in the world at Etisalat international direct dialling (IDD) rates. All the multi cards will be connected to one account. The maximum number of connected cards for each account is 10 cards.

With Multi Cards on your account save up, not only for yourself, but also for your family and friends. The standard UAE International rates are applicable to all your calls. You pay nothing extra, whether you use the card domestically or internationally. You do not have to pay while you are traveling, the calls will be billed to your telephone account. 

How to make calls inside the UAE

1. Dial the toll-free number 133.

2. Enter your Etisalat Calling Card number and press the # key.

3. Enter your PIN code number and press the # key.

4. Enter the desired number and then press the # key.

For example: to change your PIN Code, please press 1# after dialling 133.

How to make calls outside the UAE

1. Dial the Home Country Direct Number from the list provided. Cick here  for the list.
2. Enter your Card Number and then press the # key.
3. Enter your Pin Code no. followed by the # key
4. Please enter the city code and telephone number you wish to call in the UAE, followed by the # key.

All calls made within local are charged at 30 fils for every 300 sec (5 minutes).

Calls made from mobiles (postpaid & prepaid) using the Etisalat Calling Card are charged a flat access fee of 60 fils per call in addition to the standard mobile charges for the the call.

To get the Etisalat Calling Card, just visit your nearest Etisalat Business/Service Center.

A personalized card normally takes five working days to be issued.

Consumer

1- Copy of any proof of identity (Passport/labour card/driving license etc).

2- A phone bill with you that the call charges made using the card will be billed back to.

Business

1- Copy of Power of Attorney.
2- A phone bill with you that the call charges made using the card will be billed back to.
